modlane30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Contact support@modlane.shop with your order number and reason before sending anything back. We will provide authorization and return instructions.
Ordinary return conditions
Items returned for a change of mind must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and original packaging. Opening the packaging to inspect an item does not by itself make it ineligible.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order information and a description of the issue. Photos may help us assess it. We will arrange an appropriate return, replacement or refund. Ordinary change-of-mind conditions do not automatically prevent assistance with these issues.
Return shipping and fees
modlane pays return shipping when the issue results from our error, damage or a defect. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the amount will be returned automatically to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Please contact us if you need help checking a refund.
